Poor Lucy and Ricky!

I'm sure that this is some kind of copyright infringement, but I'm going to do it anyway. I'm going to post a criminal law practice question which I was doing because I need to know what kind of warped mind can come up with this stuff. So here goes:

Ricky, a New York City policeman, was relaxing in his living room when his wife entered and asked what he'd like for dinner. Rickky replied, "Ethel, next door." Startled, Lucy asked Ricky what he meant by that remark. Ricky said: "look, I've had the 'hots' for Ethel for a long time. I've got this burning desire to go next door and rape her." As Ricky was about to walk out the door, he turned to Lucy and said, "You want to come along and watch?" Lucy shook her head as if to say okay and followed him next door.

Moments later, Ricky rang the doorbell and Ethel came to the door. After entering her home, Ricky grabbed Ethel's arm and began to rip off her clothes. Terribly frightened, Ethel pleaded with Ricky to stop. As he continued to assault her, Ethel then turned to Lucy and said,"Please tell him to get off me." Lucy, who despised Ethel, simply stood by and told Ricky, "Do it honey... do it." Ricky raped Ethel repeatedly and afterwards threatened to kill her if she told anyone.

The question then asks whether Lucy should be found guilty of raping Ethel based on accomplice liability.

MY GOD!!! What is wrong with these people? They think that by disguising Ricky as a NYC police officer, we'll be shielded from all the horrible images which this question brings to mind? I mean, for the sake of becoming lawyers, we have to be subjected the idea of poor Ethel being repeatedly raped by Ricky and Lucy egging him on? (I put the stuff in bold to emphasize the parts that seemed particularly disturbing to me. It wasn't emphasized in the original). Not to mention that they picked the most innocent characters on tv, but also gave them the absolute sickest roles. I mean what kind of husband (forget Ricky) would invite his wife to watch him rape someone? And also, I always thought that rape was a crime of power, not desire.. Anyway. I think this is just plain SICK.
